Shipping and Delivery

Customers must have a U.S. mailing address, P.O. Box acceptable. Items will be sent via USPS First-Class Package Service for a single set, estimated delivery time 3-5 business days. More than one set or large orders are sent via USPS Retail Ground, estimated delivery up to 15 business days. Shipping cost is included unless otherwise noted upon checkout. 

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Please check all products upon receiving them. A list of contents is included for reference. Missing material will be provided at no additional cost to the customer. Items damaged upon receiving will be exchanged at no additional cost to the customer. The customer must contact Reading Wave immediately upon receiving the product via email at sales@readingwave.com. The customer is required to provide proof of damage or missing items in a photograph(s) sent immediately to sales@readingwave.com with the subject line “damaged” and/or “missing”, please include “order date” and “order number” and specific items or information in email communication.

Items damaged during use or from customerʻs mishandling (including children mishandling) will not be exchanged or refunded. Replacements of individual items are available for purchase. For additional questions, please contact sales@readingwave.com.

Product purchases with subscription access for digital downloads

When you purchase any of our products and are also give subscription access for digital downloads, we collect your first and last name, your credit card details. and your address for delivery. When you subscribe or purchase a product, we do not allow the option for you to use a pseudonym as we require this information for payment and/or delivery.

Our website is hosted at a third party website hosting company in a secure data center and uses advanced security software.

Disclosure of information to third parties

Reading Wave does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third party sources.

Third party sources does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

Email communications

When you sign up for our email list or when your purchase a product from us, you will automatically receive news and promotional emails from Reading Wave. To opt out of these email communications, you can click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.

Social media

We periodically run competitions on our Reading Wave Facebook pages. To enter these competitions, you may be required to provide your correct name, email address and/or delivery address if these are required for you to receive the competition prize.


Our surveys are designed to collect your feedback so that we can improve our programs and the way we market to you. When you complete one of our surveys, we may collect your first and last name, your email address, your home address if the survey entitles you to a free gift, your child’s age, your income, as well as your opinion or other personal information relating to our survey questions. You are not obliged to complete any of our surveys. You are entitled to provide us with a pseudonym if you wish to complete our surveys anonymously, although if completion of our survey entitles you to a free gift, we will require your correct name and address details to deliver it to you.

Reading Wave will endeavour to keep this privacy policy up to date to reflect any necessary changes. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.
